World Events 15 May 2010
In our previous world events, we wrote about "a danger from epidemics as well as ocean related mishaps as Mars opposes Neptune similar to Dec 2009". Mars opp Neptune has coincided with the major oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Ocean disasters, major scandals, epidemics and coverups and underhanded activities are all part of this cosmic. Unfortunately, as Neptune also represents the fish and whales etc, it does not bode well for the ocean life. At the mass level, it also points to food poisoning which makes a lot of sense now!
Iran made a major concession and accepted the proposal for its nuclear fuel to be refined in Turkey. Brazil and Turkey should be credited for bringing about this deal. However, the stressful period in the chart of Iran's Dr. Ahmadinejad is not finished till mid June 2010. I am sure we will hear from the likes of Hillary Clinton and Joe Lieberman how this is too little or a desperate attempt for Iran to evade the sanctions. It is amazing how easy it is for the media to portray Iran as the guilty party here while all it is doing in enriching its fuel only to the levels permitted in the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty which many rogue nations are not even signatory to!
As we had mentioned during the campaign for the US Presidency, Hillary Clinton's chart is quite dictatorial and very unreasonable. In fact, she is probably one of the worst ones to head the position of Secretary of the State. As President Obama himself is going through the same Mars-Neptune adverse aspect as the rest of his 60's age group from end of last year till mid June 2010, we do not expect him to reverse any policy till after mid June this year. This includes Afghanistan and negotiations with Iran which are of course made much more difficult as the foreign policy of the US has been all but hijacked by those holding dual citizenship!
The Mars-Neptune opposition becomes a t-square as the Moon touches it off from the sign of Scorpio on 25th and 26th May 2010. These are very violent days as the Moon in Scorpio intensifies the vindictiveness, drug wars, and cruelty in people. This is also the most dangerous time for the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
We mentioned in Dec. 2009 about Mars in Leo aspecting Neptune reflecting strife in monarchy till beg June 2010 and the volatility of Gold etc (Silver will go up in price right after this period fro about one month!). Two events have already happened which fit this theme:
1- British Army commanders just recently selected Prince Harry to train as an Apache attack helicopter pilot, boosting the 25-year-old's hopes of returning to the front lines in Afghanistan. The reasoning is simple Mars (wars) in Leo (monarchy) etc and hopefully he will be safe if he wants to go to Afghanistan although we doubt it. There is no reason to be in Afghanistan and instead, the US (which has the bulk of the force) should get out of the place and not cause any more misery in the lives of the civilians in that area of the world.
2- The Duchess of York is "devastated" and "regretful" after newspaper claims she offered to sell access to ex-husband Prince Andrew, her spokeswoman says.The News of the World said Sarah Ferguson was recorded by an undercover reporter posing as a businessman. She appears to accept The paper quotes her again arranging a meeting with Prince Andrew. "I did ask Andrew about meeting you... I never talk about money ever, but since we've got business hats on I'm going to..." It was then that she appeared to accept the $40,000 cash payment and go on to discuss the wire transfer of a further £500,000.
The News of the World's royal editor, Robert Jobson, told the BBC "What is very serious here is that she's so desperate that she's prepared to jeopardise the reputation of her ex-husband and of the country, and of an important international ambassadorial role! (21 May 2010)
Those of you born between 1929 to 1943, and also between 1970 and 1984 have to be extra careful of any underhanded activities, allergic reactions and fraudulent deals in June 2010. You need to be very careful of acting on wrong hunches and being involved with fraudulent people or deals. Your psychic vulnerability can be exploited by charlatans. Direct your obsessive nature in creative pursuits. Avoid addictions. Often betrayed.
Those born with Neptune late degrees of Virgo and early degrees of Libra will be more susceptible to getting "caught in the act". This includes many country singers and politicians born in the late 30's to early 40s including George Bush and North Korea's Kim Jong Il as well as Bill Clinton.
This transit reduce the immune system of the body and you will probably hear much more of the scandals, out of wedlock pregnancies and other nightmares from this age group. They are also more prone to stress related illnesses including the flu and generally need to be careful of setting themselves up for nightmare scenarios. Be extra careful when signing any documents, investing in stocks on incorrect advice etc.
Last week of July 2010 shows a Mars Saturn and Mars-Uranus aspect in the skies which usually points to increased conflict, aviation mishaps as well as stock market volatility. Afghanistan conflict will intensify during the last week of July till the first week of Aug 2010.
When we first mentioned a Geological Revolution in August 2007, here is what we wrote:
Pluto in Capricorn will coincide with a major geological revolution and a push towards free energy, end to global warming and restrictions of emissions and waste by the manufacturing industry. There will be a major shakeup in the manufacturing industry caused by the stock market overhaul due to heavy speculative losses. Government bailouts may prompt an overhaul of the entire stock market, banking industry and even the Federal Reserve.
Pluto represents a once in 245 year cycle and it stays in each sign for a long time. Whenever it transits a sign, it destroys all the areas represented by the that sign but only to redefine and transform it for the better. Capricorn is the sign of big business, government, manufacturing, as well as all the rocks and tectonic plates whose shifting causes the major earthquakes and collapse of buildings.
The worst effects will be felt from Feb to April 2011 but we are already witnessing many earthquakes, volcanoes, and we will continue to see this major geological shifts taking place deep inside the Earth and coming to the surface. Although no country is really safe but the ones close to the ocean are the most susceptible.
We had mentioned in Jan 2010 that Jupiter in Pisces from 17th Jan till 5th June 2010 and again from 7th Sep 2010 till 21st Jan 2011 heralds one of the most spiritual, inspirational and humanitarian times where grassroots community work will be encouraged and children and seniors will particularly benefit from. Record charities and benefit concerts will be held by musicians to help the poor and the needy.
From April onwards, we will also see some of the most magical times when it comes to technology with the introduction of the 3D TV and holographic events. This is the beginning of Internet driven charities and benefit concerts as well.
These times will also coincide with extremely musical and spiritual children being born. Interestingly, YouTube is being flooded with gifted children and the age keeps going down whether it is for playing piano, violin or guitar as well as singing.
Lindsay Lohan has Saturn coming down in her chart and has the same timing as Julia Roberts and Angelina Jolie. This indicates a time when you need to keep a low profile as Julia Roberts learnt when she tried to go on Broadway and was literally booed off the stage!
Lindsay however is very young (born in 1986) and is quite rebellious (Mars in Capricorn). She also has Mercury and Venus in Leo which gives a lot of charisma but also a delicate ego. The female really abused her powers by getting so upset at her for being late (yet postponed her own vacation to get some publicity out if it) and having the alcohol detecting device put on her in court. This must have been not only very humiliating for Lindsay but also would make her even more resentful of the law and authority. Lindsay is born with Mercury square to Pluto which gives her an edge in her work but also makes her rather self destructive as she is able to defy authority and challenge them without any regard to the consequences.
5th June till 22nd July is a period of confrontation for her again as well as 5th to 19th July when she will be very edgy and volatile and in fact very accident prone. The nightmare period for her age group is from 28th July to 12th Aug and she is prone to allergic reactions and withdrawal symptoms etc. This could also be a period of incarceration if she doesn't pushes it too much. However, June till Aug 2010 is an excellent time for her to get some very good counselling as she gets a Jupiter Mercury aspect.
End of Nov 2010 till mid 2011 is a major accident configuration in her chart when Saturn squares her Mars (once every seven years) which leads to temper, being very accident prone and bad timing. It is also one of theconfigurations which creates heart problems in the long run because of crisis situations.
Unfortunately, the judge being too strict and humiliating has just aggravated the situation but what can you expect from those who are only concerned with man-made laws as opposed to divine laws. We feel that after doing one or two films, Lindsay Lohan will keep a very low profile for a while. However, with Jupiter going in her 10th house of fame and recognition, she has the ability to win big acclaims till next summer but she will have to be very careful with the law in the meantime. Being famous or infamous are both part of the same configuration!
