This is one is a lifetime and it gives a tremendous amount of power and ability to influence world leaders and change their perceptions at a deep subconscious level.
He has the ability to bring about global changes and will influence the world leaders to reject US dollars and be instrumental in introducing crypto and digital currency. He will also be involved with some major social reforms which affect families. This could also be the reconstruction of houses and infrastructure in the Donbas region which will probably be united with Russia again.

President Vladimir Putin has signed treaties on the inclusion of four former Ukrainian regions, into the Russian Federation. Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporozhye, and Lugansk People’s Republics, as well as the two southern Ukrainian regions, which had declared independence, joined Russia. All four territories held referendums on the issue between September 23 and 27.
Also, NATO declined Ukraine's request to join right now.

We just got the birth time of Ukraine's Zelensky and Saturn is at the very top of his chart. This is very good for public response and no wonder he got a lot of support.
The Asc is the same but we have adjusted the time of birth and place to accommodate the atlas data.
He has Cancer Leo in his 3rd house and this is why he makes all the broadcasts. Cancer shows emotional appeal and Leo shows the area of fame and publicity that he uses to raise billions from NATO members who don't care for the welfare of Ukrainians at all and just want to hide their own agenda and expand NATO and their military operations.

We just learned that Russia has attacked Ukraine and I am sure this is the beginning of the end of Zelensky who was intent on making an enemy of Russia instead of having a friendly government. It is very unfortunate that the West, spearheaded by Biden and Boris Johnson (who both have dismal ratings in their own country) as well as the EU completely ignored Russia's concerns. All Zelensky had to do was say that they will never join NATO and that would have been the end of it.
Vladimir Putin did his best to address their major security concern and all they talked about was the imminent sanctions to cripple the Russian economy.
Putin has thought about this very carefully and only as a last resort, when they completely ignored his NATO concerns, that he took this drastic step. He weighed the existential threat by NATO against the economic woes and will get rid of the hostile dictator at his doorstep.
Putin has no intention of taking over Ukraine but only in having a friendly neighbor and he has always emphasized the cultural and blood ties between the two nations. However, he may be forced to add more territory if Ukrain still insists on joining NATO.
Putin is still in a Mars sq Neptune which is a nightmare theme and was exactly on 22 Feb (a few days before and after). It is bad timing for him and a very stressful aspect in his chart got touched off from a week before when he was really angry at the West and Zelensky for provoking him and ordering sanctions even when he didn't invade. Pluto is squaring Vladimir Putin's natal Mercury indicating the whole world is opposing his ideas.
However, Putin will only fight when his sense of fairness is violated (Mercury in Libra) and if there is a threat of breakup (Venus in Scorpio is not a divorcing sign. He never accepted Ukraine as not being part of the Russian "family".
Biden had an exact Mars-Neptune (wrong collusions and paranoia) transit when he said Russia will attack Ukraine any moment and he was paranoid.
They are provoking Russian and not addressing the threat that Russian feels from NATO getting Ukraine into its fold.
Putin is a brilliant strategist and will use diplomacy and all legal moves to get things his way.
However, he is getting a nightmare aspect (exact on 22 Feb 2022) where you act upon paranoia and you feel backstabbed by even your own friends.
He will support any province of Ukraine which wants to break away and will have them invite Russian troops to protect them.
Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Ukraine, has two aspects that are the hallmark of true dictators.

Astrologically, everyone born in the 1940s and 1950s, as well as the 1980s, is being affected, including Vladimir Putin. There are three times Mars conjuncts Saturn (major accident configuration triggered by anger and frustration, conj Neptune (nightmare theme and feelings of betrayal), and also conj Mercury (forceful mind). Putin’s stellium (three or more planets) got touched off by transiting Mars in Dec 2013, and will again repeat itself becoming even more dangerous beg of Apr 2014 and again around mid-July 2014. In other words, this crisis will not really be over until at least July 2014.
Putin is going through a very stressful aspect and a real nightmare theme. Jupiter touching off his Uranus also gives it a sense of urgency. The rioters couldn’t have picked a more wrong time to protest as Mercury was retrograde (no protests or treaties come to any conclusions during this period, and also to pick the time when Russia was holding its most prestigious Olympics. Mars conj Saturn continues until July and you will see the main defiance against the US and EU, especially in Apr and July 2014. It could happen earlier but these times would be the most dangerous ones which could really escalate the military actions.
Many people have suggested that the riots in Kyiv were orchestrated by Putin but this is total nonsense. This was exactly what made Putin extremely angry and he was already planning the “revenge” EU and NATO are obviously behind the rhetoric of wanting to save Ukraine and democracy etc with no regard to the fact that the EU has nothing in common with Ukraine except political gain (for the US and NATO). For EU and the US to goad Ukraine into joining NATO would be to “defend” against Russia.
Pluto sextile his Mercury brought Putin to power and gave him the ability to make a difference in the lives of the masses and he will be instrumental in bringing about long-term peace around the world.
Here is the right hand of Vladimir Putin and the immediate impression of it is that it is a very practical and down-to-earth hand (square shape), passionate and wealthy with a love of tradition (full at the base) and the Headline is joined. This makes him very pragmatic and cautious in his actions and not impulsive at all.
Every mount is full indicating a person who feels very deeply and is emotionally intense and puts his heart and soul into everything he does. The fingers are medium (almost short) indicating a very fast grasp of the overhaul situation but very slow to act (Headline joined). He is careful and his planning is never haphazard. What is important is that he is not a gambler and he is not an aggressor really but will resist strongly when someone pushes.
All Ukraine had to do was to convince Putin that a part of it will always belong to Russia (exactly the type of advice I would give to anyone who is going through a divorce with Venus in Scorpio person!). It is the sense of losing them completely to the West which
Vladimir Putin will make sure that the rights of the Russian-speaking people in Ukraine are protected along with his military base and the Russian fleet in Crimea as a deterrent to NATO. This was originally established by Catherine the Great over 300 years ago when she built a naval base at Sevastopol. Instead of leasing as they do from Ukraine, Russia would rather have a permanency to it (Putin has Jupiter in Taurus) and not be dependent on the whims of Ukraine, which can cancel the lease anytime they want.
However, I don’t think he wants to annex Crimea unless he is forced to. We will find out in April and mid-June, and mid-July 2014, when there are some very adverse aspects in his chart and the frustration with others not understanding his position or Ukraine’s unelected PM making disparaging remarks. It would help if the US and EU first acknowledged his position instead of provoking him so much.
