President Barack Obama's signature clearly shows that his real strength of character comes from himself rather than the family name. You will notice that the "B" of Barack (his own identity) is much bigger than the "O" of Obama. Being a Leo and having Mercury in Leo also reinforces the self-confidence.
However, you will notice that his first name still runs into his last name (family name). In other words, although he doesn't look up to his family heritage, he is still emotionally attached to it and feels a strong connection there.
Here is the chart of one of the most inspirational reformers we have seen in a long time. Barack Obama is a perfect combination of JFK and Martin Luther King in terms of his ideas and oratory skills except that he is much more sensitive and nurturing than either JFK or MLK. His best asset is his intelligent leadership qualities and his ability to delegate work to others, give credit where it is deserved, and look for areas that bring people together instead of dividing them.
Everyone is underestimating Barack Obama's oratory skills. This is not just his ability to speak eloquently, but his force of conviction and optimism of a preacher (his Neptune in 9th and Head Line separate from the LifeLine) which makes people look up to him. In the Democratic convention, there were more than 38 million viewers and a crowd of almost 90,000 people who thronged the stadium. In Germany, there were more than 200,000 people who turned out for him! Talk about restoring the image of America. You cannot think of anyone else who has that ability. Obama is like John Kennedy, Martin Luther King and Bill Clinton (Mercury in Leo like Obama) all combined in one person! This does not mean he will be only for peace. In fact, we see failed policies and a lot of bloodshed in Afghanistan for oil but still, he would be much more humanitarian and his upbringing has assured a more humane and compassionate person with true family values (Venus in Cancer).
We have also predicted a geological revolution around the world from Nov.2008 and emphasis on free energy and grass-root organizations. This is inevitable and the only person who has talked about it with a lot of enthusiasm is Barack Obama!
Hillary's biggest challenge, as we had mentioned several years ago, is to get a good team together as she is too controlling and finds it difficult to trust anyone. In Barack Obama's case, he is great at selecting the right team members and has more trust in them in carrying out their duties. Without interfering in their work, he allows them to do their best for a goal which he defines in much broader terms, leaving the nit-picky details to others.
Jupiter (communication) opp to Mercury in Leo is the hallmark of a born orator and a great preacher (Jupiter gives the philosophical outlook). Having Neptune in his 9th house, he feels very close to places of worship which bring the beggar and the king together, and Leo in the 9th also shows that he will be famous for his inspirational speeches.
Venus in the 5th in Cancer will help him in raising the money for his passions. He is an excellent father and will become involved with the welfare of children around the world. Venus trine to Neptune makes him very romantic and gives him a seductive aura.
Mars trines to Saturn gives him a lot of stamina and endurance and Mars trine Jupiter gives him sudden bursts of energy and the ability to take chances in life.
Barack Obama is left-handed (Mercury opp Saturn) which makes him more methodical and also gives him some discipline as well. Mercury in Leo shows his oratory skills and the ability to think big and Saturn reflects his more realistic and long-range planning. His Headline is separate from the LifeLine just like Bill Clinton and Oprah Winfrey, which makes them all very positive and having faith in themselves and in their ability to motivate others. He is very confident and does not really care for other's opinions when he feels he is right. All dynamic speakers are born with the Head Line separate from the LifeLine.
Mercury sq Neptunemakes him like a Mensa person who makes misjudgments once his emotions get involved. However, some of the best politicians in the world are born with it. In fact, for the media in the West, you almost need it because as they say " it takes one to know on"! Alexander Putin of Russia and Ahmadinejad of Iran are both born with a Mercury Neptune aspect. The ability to justify uncreditable things and trusting the wrong people is what these individuals have to work on.
Both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton have a Mercury Jupiter aspect which gives them a philosophical bent but she is more quietly persuasive than having the oratory charm of Obama or her husband Bill Clinton.
The Moon-Pluto square in his chart gives him the ability to destroy to recreate but also adds to the resentment from his early childhood. His mother must have been a strong personality and unfortunately, there seems to be some resentment towards the father. This is the only part of his chart
Saturn in the 7th house is a very strong indication of power and authority and when most leaders begin their climb to power. He will most likely be a two-term president unless there are some major upheavals or accidents (most of the danger finishes by the end of 2009). This also indicates that he will have an excellent public response. Hillary Clinton, on the other hand, has Saturn also starting to move up but just below his Saturn and will not have as much support. She also has Saturn opposing her Moon later on in the summer of 2008 and will most likely lose the nomination by then.
Obama does have Saturn squaring his Moon but only till about summer. This is a rather depleting transit and ages people but will also make him emotionally tough. It often coincides with some sadness, setbacks in the family and events which generally pull you down. Late this year till next summer is a dangerous period for him as Saturn conjuncts his Mars and Uranus opposes it. This aspects often coincides with authority conflicts and Mars-Uranus is a classic aspect of freak accidents and guns etc. but it may even be the sign that he is winning the Presidency and facing a lot of prejudice etc.
After 2009 or 2010 onwards, we see Hillary Clinton rising in terms of public support just after some health crisis with Bill Clinton. It is interesting that
Unless the election is stolen by the John McCain backers, Obama is the clear winner here. Unfortunately, we don't know his time of birth but his policies are exactly opposite to what we have predicted for the world. Almost ten years ago, we predicted that the troops will b back or to start withdrawing after Nov. 2008 and that is exactly what Obama's timing seems to coincide with. John McCain has a very dangerous streak about him and being a prisoner of war for five years certainly does not give a winner's attitude but may have added to his dangerous stance of wanting to increase the tension in the Middle East. Lieberman supporting him is another red herring as he is the one who originally started the bill to allow the President to go to war with Iraq and is now trying to do his best to do the same with Iran!
The most important thing that Barack Obama brings to the US election is his energy, his appeal to the youth instead of just senior citizens, his far-reaching goals, and even his childhood which has given him a tremendous amount of empathy and compassion. America is treated with scorn everywhere in the world and Obama is probably one of the very few politicians who could change that view by doing exactly what he says.

As we had mentioned in our Oct 2008 forecast, Barack Obama has just won the 2nd term of presidency. We based this on Saturn's transit in his chart where it is approaching the zenith (M.C.) i.e. the 10th House (career and recognition). This is the highest aspect of authority and responsibility and we are sure that he will be one of the best presidents in US history. In Oct 2008, one month before Obama even became president,

It is interesting that so many astrologers have written a lot of illogical reasons and missed out on such an obvious transit. Mitt Romney has Saturn still rising in his chart but many years behind Obama's/ Hilary Clinton has Saturn just starting to move up in her chart so she might still have aspirations to be the president in the future.
As we have mentioned before, Barack Obama's Headline is completely separate from the Lifeline, indicating a daring, adventurous and dynamic personality with confidence to trust his own judgment over others and inspire the nation in a very positive manner. However, his main downfall seems to be the Moon square Pluto (radical visionary) which he has inherited from his "uncle Frank" who is most probably the real father (he is also born with the exact same Moon sq Pluto as Barack Obama! This can be a very positive aspect when he is fighting for the poor and rebuilding houses and reconstruction projects. However, it is also an indication of the destruction of the families of thousands (Afghanistan) and going along with destructive campaigns because of political pressure.
Now that he has a second term, we feel that he will exercise his true will and not care for Netanyahu's and his Zionist lobby's pressure tactics. Interestingly, Florida votes didn't even count even though Netanyahu personally made a commercial and tried to blatantly influence the US vote. Romney would have just maintained the status quo and followed other's agenda (Head Line joined) and plunged the US into more wars.
We are also quite sure that Obama will pull out of Afghanistan before 2014 as there is absolutely no need to be stuck there ar the cost of billions.
President Obama's age group is going through a very fraudulent transit right now where they tend to justify uncreditable actions. Mars touching off his Neptune in Scorpio (secrets, espionage, assassinations, and false information) is all activated now. The news about Osama was totally fraudulent as he dies several years before. Most people in the Middle East and Pakistan know that this whole thing is set up but CNN kept harping on the false news continuously trying to reinstate this deception. Burial at sea because there was nobody to claim the body is totally nonsensical as there were hundreds of his followers as well as his own family who is demanding to see the photos now.
Bin Laden had absolutely nothing to do with 911 and the Afghanistan war was devised much earlier and 911 flag operation was used only as a pretext to invade this country. The US has lost its credibility and the President has either been fooled in this whole operation or what is the more likely scenario is that he is part of the whole deception! His Mercury square Neptune is the only main fault in his chart which allows him to justify anything.

If this false information allows the US to save face and get out of Afghanistan, then it is an excellent timing but the military will try to create another bogeyman to stay longer in Afghanistan.
President Obama's age group has a real nightmare theme in effect already from mid-Oct. 2009 till the end of May 2010. Mars squaring his Neptune indicates that he is susceptible to wrong advice and unscrupulous members of the Senate and outside countries with their Lobby's influence corrupting the US foreign policy. This includes those whose interest lies in dragging the US to war again and pushing Afghanistan agenda (which will completely fail). John McCain and Joe Lieberman are two examples of extreme views. Although John McCain is only doing what he has learned in the military, Lieberman's hypocrisy only serves the Zionist neocon agenda and nothing else. He was also the first to push for war in Iraq and now in Iran and will continue to voice his opinion only when the Zionist agenda needs it.
Afghanistan is probably the biggest mistake of Obama and he was under the deceptive Mars-Neptune transit at the end of 2009 when he agreed to send in additional 30,000 troops there. It is interesting that the neocon lobby was also pushing to take measures against Iran which and they did put more embargos but luckily they have not been able to get him to go into Iran yet. However, that credit probably goes to the Iranians themselves, who in spite of the tremendous pressure from clandestine British and US agents have been able to avoid direct confrontations. Ahmedinejad's chart has exactly the same timing as Obama except he has excellent transits to his Mercury from Jupiter which will help him in his negotiations and contractual matters.
The same nightmare theme is in effect is Obama's chart especially from mid-Jan to mid-Feb and in the month of April 2010. However, he will make some very bold moves from Feb till mid-April where he takes big chances again. This is a very dynamic transit and a very lucky one in fact. Mid May till the end of May is a dangerous time for any freak accidents and he will have to be very careful during that period.
President Barack Obama still has the Saturn conjuncting his Mars till about the end of Aug. 2009. As we had mentioned before, he has been having this transit from last year and our prediction about his hassles with Congress has certainly come true. This is still a dangerous period for him and only after his birthday, the danger to him will be mostly over (Pluto was also making adverse aspects to his Mars from the last two years and is also finished now). It is remarkable that his chart is also reflecting the US economy so it is safe to predict that after July-Aug 2009, the economy will improve a lot. I have mentioned this in a few TV programs and we are seeing improvements already.
We still do not agree with his policy in Afghanistan but hopefully, he will realize it after this transit is over as people tend to set themselves up for conflicts and hassles when they are going through a Saturn -Mars transit.
Whitehouse Chief of Staff Emanuel Rahm's Mars in the violent sign of Scorpio (along with Moon, Mercury, and Neptune) sits on top of his 9th House indicating he will encourage war with foreign countries (he had gone against most democrats and voted in favor of going into Iraq) including Afghanistan probably. However, his Venus is in Obama's 8th house and he was great to raise the contribution funds from all the Jewish groups.
Obama is basically a gambler and all visionaries tend to be like that. Their confidence in themselves and taking risks goes directly against the established system and they often run into obstacles created by those in authority. Obama will cut all the red tape and somehow get this passed and the financial crisis will become one of the major recovery plans. Obama will make some of the most radical savings by using the Internet to make the government more transparent and to make the health system much more efficient.
With Saturn and Uranus both squaring the President's natal Mars, he can expect a lot of opposition from the Republicans who do not want his agenda to be successful at all and will really test his patience. This is a dangerous aspect for health and one which is accompanied by heart problems relating to frustration, temper, legal hassles (congress and the older generation) but he is doing the right thing by picking the best team and going directly to the public to present his case. His age group has a bit of a nightmare aspect around 15th Feb. 2009 when his immune system is also depleted (12 to 18th Feb.) and he will need all his reserve strength. Although he has good aspects around middle Feb. for t e stimulus package to pass, his hassles and opposition from the cautious lawmakers will not finish till at least Sep or even Oct. 2009.
We have given our full analysis of the election in the latest world events but would like to mention a very important event in his life. Obama was supposed to get some disappointment before the good news on 4th Nov 2008. Moon conjunctions his Saturn in the morning on 4th Nov and on 3rd evening, his grandmother passed away while Moon is already within a few degrees to his Saturn and going into his 12th house.
Mars in Scorpio in his 9th house also indicates hearing about life and death news from long distance and conflicts because of its timing. We feel that this will make his chances of winning even more so as the disappointment is losing his grandmother and not the election.
On the evening of 4th Nov 2008, he has the Moon Jupiter conjunction which I talked about in my radio show just a few days ago. This is a hallmark of happy news but also a very spiritual aspect. This will be the news that he has won basically a landslide!
Senator Obama's speech came on the evening of Martin Luther's anniversary and while Moon was in Leo (his Sun Sign). This is a rather destined aspect and with the Moon in such a dramatic sign, no wonder the convention was one of its kind and Obama was totally in his element. Almost 90,000 people watched his speech in the stadium not counting the millions around the nation who flocked from Times Square to other public places. His speech was probably one of the most inspirational he has ever given and this of course is his best asset. Although he was quite specific in all the points he addressed, his passion and real caring for the masses, his organizational skills, his ability to get the grassroots movement going and raising millions from ordinary people, these are assets that nobody has been talking about. The best foreign policy is how the leader is perceived abroad and if a crowd of over 200,000 in Germany is any measure of that, certainly that is a big PR coup for any leader.
John McCain's choice of Governor Palin with no experience and a very real possibility of becoming President in case something happens to the 72-year-old John McCain who has had four bouts of cancer was nothing short of an irresponsible political gamble to try to get Hillary voters on board. Maybe this says something about his feeble judgment and a sure way to get him into obscurity as Saturn is moving down in his health house (12th).
We think this is an excellent choice as Senator Biden is a very passionate man and one who fights for the underdog. He is a Scorpio with Mercury and Venus and Mars in Scorpio (like Bruce Lee except that Bruce Lee was a Sag Sun sign. He is extremely tenacious and ironically has Sun, Mercury, and Venus similar to Senator Hillary Clinton! However, what makes her chart difficult was her Saturn also in Scorpio which made her rather dictatorial and prone to morbid depression and rather a fatalistic attitude.
Even though Mars in Scorpio within ten degrees to Mercury makes Senator Biden somewhat confrontational and even vindictive to some extent, Obama's Mercury in Leo will give the intelligent leadership ability. Joe Biden probably has very few but close friends and he is totally dedicated and loyal once he is a friend.
The fact that he said things against Barack Obama but also said that Obama was probably the first clean black candidate is actually quite true. Rev. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton have both shown themselves to be rather hypocritical and Barack Obama has a lot of moral character which shows through. Both men respect each other's opinion and Senator Obama respects the truth of conviction of Senator Biden even if he finds that he is a bit of a fanatic.
Joe Biden's view on Iraq is questionable especially as he wants to divide it into three segments and his ideas could lead America into war if it weren't for Obama. Senator Biden's challenge will come in late Oct when Mars moves into his 12th house and probably exposes some secret love or other matters hidden from the public.
Although he may be somewhat of an extremist, he has Jupiter trining his Mercury, Sun, and Venus which certainly softens it and makes him quite philosophical. His need for power may be a bit difficult in world politics and Obama's diplomacy will certainly help here.
After making predictions about the Primary, we indicated that Obama will be the presidential nominee and now he is. The next phase i.e. the election 2008 itself will be analyzed shortly. We basically see a landslide for Obama as long as underhanded means are not used by Diebold and others in control of the Senate and voting machines.
Primary North Carolina and Indiana: 6 May 2008: We predict a decisive win for Barack Obama: This has the transits exactly reversed for the two candidates. Hillary has Moon going down whereas Barack Obama has it moving up and training his Jupiter (exactly opposite to Pennsylvania!). This will really propel Barack Obama ahead and in the eyes of the super delegates.
We predict a win for Hilary who has Moon moving above the horizon and conjunct her Jupiter (good public response and happiness). Obama has Moon going down the horizon and Mars opp Saturn.
What nobody seems to be talking about in the election are the major differences between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton and John McCain. Obama did not vote for Iraq in the first place. This one decision would have saved the USA more than a Trillion dollars and billions of dollars still being spent every month, as well as thousands of innocent lives in Iraq and more than 4000 soldiers. You can put all the programs (health, welfare, education, etc.) on one side and they all pale in comparison to the money being spent in Iraq. Hillary also gave a comment of being able to "obliterate Iran with nuclear weapons"! This is not what the masses need and she is only speaking for the "enemies of Iran" and in the interest of the USA. This is not the language of a President but in the same vein as John McCain with his "100 years war"! Obama, on the other hand, would start the dialog with Iran, who is well within their right to use nuclear energy for peaceful purposes (within their right of the Treaty) instead of threatening them with nuclear bombs like Hillary.
John McCain is no different in his war rhetoric. Do these words sound very Presidential or diplomatic and is this what the world needs now? Changing the lyrics on a Beach Boys song, Senator John McCain made them "bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb Iran." Incidentally, John McCain was the one who authored the congressional act that gave Bush the power to invade Iraq in the first place.
There is no comparison between the inspirational ideals of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. her chart is like a terrorist or freedom fighter depending on whose side you are on, extremely radical and one-sided. Barack Obama has intelligent leadership abilities and will reach out to everyone for a consensus and compromise on major issues.
Obama is not financed by oil or drug companies like John McCain or Hillary Clinton, which is another extremely important point. We know where media bias is and why but Pluto in Capricorn is turning the tables and will undermine the whole big government's old structure completely and transform politics forever. This is not the time for old folks anymore and the young generation is going to start making a huge difference and mostly because of Obama.
June 2009 Update
Here is the chart of President Obama with Whitehouse chief of staff Emanuel Rahm on the outside. There are some positive aspects but unfortunately, he will definitely create more tension with foreign countries and with religious authorities by encouraging a more radical approach. Emanuel Rahm's Moon, Mercury, Mars (war) and Neptune are all in the secretive, vindictive and radical sign of Scorpio in Obama's 9th house. Mars in the 9th indicates that Obama will be coerced into taking radical stance against countries like Afghanistan, Pakistan and especially Iran and try to discourage any negotiations with Iran.
On the positive side, his Venus is in Obama's 8th house indicating he was beneficial in raising large sums of money from Jewish groups fro the election. His Pluto in Obama's 7th house may indicate that he may also try to redefine who is the open enemy of the US and who is not.
Emanuel Rahm comes from a Zionist background because of his father. However, to his credit, he apologized "from the bottom of his heart" to the Arabs when his father made some very derogatory remarks. I have a feeling that although Emanuel Rahm will encourage a strong stance against Afghanistan and Iran, it is the pressure from the radical Jewish religious groups who are more interested in this than him.
We know that he was one of the few Democrats who voted in favor of the Iraq war (contrary to Obama's vote). This is important as his Mars in Obama's 9th points to the continued push in that direction for the other countries. No wonder that Barack Obama has not done anything to open the diplomatic channels with Iran yet. We just hope that Obama is able to use his own judgment and not succumb to the radical ideology of these powerful individuals around him. Scorpio is the sign of terrorism and deep-seated biases and Emanuel certainly has a fair share of planets in this sign. However, we feel that he also has the ability to ultimately help bring peace and a major transformation but only after going through some major upheavals first in foreign countries.
I like the power of Scorpio planets but you just have to be very careful how you use them. Hillary Clinton having Mercury in Scorpio doesn't help in diffusing any crisis situations either.
We also have to take into account that regardless of how he feels about the Palestinians (his own uncle was killed during skirmishes with Arabs), the Mideast countries and Jewish and Muslim groups are all going to have a strong reaction in this and try to influence the outcome of any negotiations. I have a feeling that Emanuel Rahm does want the Palestinian issue to be settled and peace is established (he orchestrated the whole ceremony for Oslo Accord between Begin and Yasser Arafat during President Bill Clinton's time) but his Mars in Scorpio still does affect Obama's attitude towards the Muslim nations. In fact, Mars being so close to Obama's 10th house will also reflect in his image to the Muslim world as well and bring out negative sentiments.
We feel that Obama has his own agenda and is interested in making the whole world a more peaceful place but has to carefully and deceptively play along with the powers by having their own people around him and slowly changing the system. It is a dangerous game but the way he is playing it is the only way to do it as anyone else who tried it was assassinated. Obama still has the dangerous aspects from Saturn until at least the end of July and possible till mid-Aug. 2009. After that, you will see a lot of real changes taking place.
Barack Obama will use his humanitarian Aquarius-Pisces Ascendant outlook and use the Internet and the media to communicate his message directly to the public. he will also involve the whole population as a big community in the process. The only thing which is really wrong we feel is the Afghanistan war and unfortunately, his Moon square Pluto shows the destruction of a lot of families and houses before any peace is achieved.
