Although we don't have her time of birth, we can still give quite an accurate interpretation based on just her birthdates where only the Moon position might be a few degrees off. I believe she was born around 10 pm giving her Taurus rising (one of the most dependable signs). The only time I have used the time is for Saturn transiting her 10th house which gives recognition and the highest office.
Having Sun, Mercury, Mars, and Pluto in Virgo, she is quite a perfectionist and very efficient in her work. Virgo being a mutable sign, she is versatile and multitasking. Mars close to Mercury gives her a forceful mind and one who speaks her mind although it makes one very argumentative. However, in law, this may be good quality although not the most tactful person and one who calls a spade a spade! She can be frank to the point of being blunt.
Justice Neil Gorsuch also has mercury n Virgo and they are both flexible, adaptable, and scholarly in their thinking and you can trust their knowledge.
This is found much more in men's hands than women's and although it makes one dynamic and one who is ready to break all rules, it is difficult in women unless they retain their feminity. I personally really like her chart and she seems a very well-adjusted person who has a perfect balance between the yin and yang sides.

In Judge Ketanji Jackson's case, it may create some conflict from time to time when she feels the law of the country is wrong. This is where you will see her being like an activist or writing about it to change the system.
Those who have the headline separate from the Life Line challenge the status quo and are instrumental in changing the system for the better.
What makes Judge Katinji Brown Jackson a very good Judge is that she is very thorough, practical, wise, and is also a mother (very important for women to fulfill their nurturing role) and admired her father (very important for a girl to look up to her father to be able to relate better with men (she has been married for 26 years). Also coming from a loving family means she doesn't have childhood issues to affect her judgment (her parents have been married for 54 years). All these things may be overlooked by everyone but I have found them to be extremely important in life.
Her Venus in Scorpio points to her husband in a uniformed saving profession (he is a surgeon).
I am sure Judge Ketanji Jackson has both conservative as well as some liberal values but not totally off the wall at all. She will fight for what she believes to be true and has a good balance of the values of both the Democrats and the Republicans.
Transiting Saturn is on her 10th house I believe (if she has Taurus ascendant and Aquarius MC) which is the highest aspect of recognition. Jupiter is touching off her Moon in Pisces and aspecting her Mercury so I don't think she will have any problems getting approved to become the Supreme Court Justice.
